More than fifteen years of experience

Our History

Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto (the 'Firm') is one of Jakarta's leading independent law firms engaged in transnational practice. The Firm's founding partners have been in the practice of law for more than fifteen years. Their combined experience and client base have paved the way for us to delivereffective and well-coordinated legal representation to some of the world's and Indonesia's leading multinational enterprises, as well as government entities and private individuals.

The Firm's edge lies in its ability to deliver individualized value-added solutions aimed at addressing specific client needs. To this end, we invest time familiarizing ourselves with our client's operational needs and fostering strong professional relationships with each client's key decision makers. We also advise clients on current developments in the law and its interpretation which stand to affect them, thus reducing clients' risk exposure arising from changes in the Indonesian legal landscape.

From its founding in 2001, an international legal publication has recognized the firm's capability and expertise in Dispute Resolution and Competition Law. Founding Partner Stefanus Haryanto has been recognized as a resourceful and effective litigator in representing clients in civil and bankruptcy proceedings, including successfully defending clients in anti-monopoly investigations before the Agency for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU).
