Reginald has represented clients in a wide range of employment-related matters, including termination of employment, employee transfers, and immigration cases, as well as in maritime law disputes, acting for both shipowners and cargo owners. He regularly appears before district and special courts, including the commercial court, industrial relations court, administrative court, general and administrative high courts, and the Supreme Court of Indonesia. He also represents clients before the Indonesian police and prosecutor’s office.

Reginald is particularly well regarded for his work in employment and industrial relations law, where he handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, including employment issues arising from corporate acquisitions and day-to-day advisory. From 2018 to 2019, he was invited by the Singapore Business Federation to deliver training on Indonesian manpower law to Singapore-based companies. He has also conducted training sessions for clients and served as a speaker for third-party training providers on manpower law topics.

Reginald obtained his law degree from Tarumanagara University in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2013. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI). He is fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
