Yanuar Aditya Wijanarko (Adit) is an associate partner in AKHH’s Dispute Resolution practice. He joined AKHH in 2009, following a year with a boutique litigation law firm.
Adit’s practice focuses on commercial and criminal litigation as well as commercial arbitration. Over fifteen years, he has developed significant experience representing clients before Indonesia’s general and specialized courts, including the Commercial Court, Industrial Relations Court, and Administrative Court; national regulatory agencies such as the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU); and appellate courts, including the Supreme Court.
In addition to his work in the courts, Adit has represented clients in a number of domestic and international arbitrations under BANI and SIAC rules and regularly assists with matters with the Indonesian National Police and Public Prosecutor. His clients include domestic and multinational companies operating in the insurance, healthcare and pharmaceutical, plantation, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing industries.
Adit obtained his law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University in 2008 and was admitted to practice in 2014. He is a member of Indonesia Advocates Association (PERADI), Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA), as well as the Association of Data Privacy Practitioners (APPDI). He is fluent in English and Indonesian.
