Erika Tobing is a seasoned corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice focuses on investment, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).  She also advises on project transactions with focus on the telecommunications, agriculture and forestry, and mining sectors.

Erika has extensive experience in representing both domestic and international clients in complex and high-value transactions, providing legal advice that combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of commercial objectives.

Erika has been a part of AKHH since its founding in 2001 and has served as a partner since 2009. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Financial Sector Lawyers Association (HKHSK).
